(57)【要約】 【課題】自動車のターボージャおよび工作機械等に使用 される転がり軸受として好適なアンギュラ軸受を提供す る。 【解決手段】玉3はセラミックス製とする。内輪1およ び外輪2の材料として、Cを0.3〜0.6重量%、S iを0.9〜1.2重量%、Crを0.7〜1.5重量 %、Moを0.7〜1.5重量%含有する鉄鋼材料を使 用する。内輪1および外輪2は、この材料で所定形状と した後に、浸炭窒化処理と焼入れ焼き戻しを施して、軌 道面の表層部の残留オーステナイト量を15.0体積% 以下、平均残留オーステナイト量を5.0体積%以下、 軌道面の表層部の炭素含有率を0.8〜1.1重量%、 軌道面の表層部の炭素含有率を0.2〜0.6重量%と する。接触角θは10°以上18°以下とする。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular bearing suitable as a rolling bearing used for automobile turbocharger, machine tools or the like. SOLUTION: A ball 3 is made of ceramics. As the material for an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2, a steel material containing, by weight, 0.3 to 0.6% C, 0.9 to 1.2% Si, 0.7 to 1.5% Cr and 0.7 to 1.5% Mo is used. By using this material, the shape of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is made into the prescribed one. After that, carbo-nitriding treatment and quenching-tempering are performed to control the content of retained austenite in the surface layer part in the raceway surface to <=15.0 vol.%, the average content of retained austenite to <=5.0 vol.%, the content of carbon in the surface layer part in the raceway surface to 0.8 to 1.1 wt.%, and the conetnt of carbon in the layer surface part in the raceway surface to 0.2 to 0.6 wt.%. The contact angle θis controlled to 10 deg. to 18 deg..
